The hotel is located in a residential area with some problems; however, it offers a quiet night's sleep with easy access to the city center. The service varies from unpolite and frustrating to friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is extensive and satisfying but lacks tradition. The rooms, despite being small, are beautifully clean and fresh.
The hotel had real nice and spacious rooms, with the only downside being that they couldn't fit all the guests at once. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Alex on reception who went above and beyond to help us out. The location, while a bit far from the main attractions, was convenient with easy access to transport links. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a decent continental buffet daily. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and good value for money.
